Lincoln Square is a 43-floor luxury mixed use hotel and condominium in upmarket Bellevue. Envelex provided the fully finished and fabricated 18,550 m2 (200,000 ft2) twin-floor-span curtain wall in CKD form, ready for assembly and glazing at our client’s premises in North America.
Our client provided the die drawings and shop drawings from which Envelex procured die cutting for the finished extrusions as well as the fabrication drawings, sub-assembly drawings and unit assembly drawings with part lists and bill of materials. Envelex also procured and fabricated the 4,500 m2 (48,500 ft2) of 6mm (1/4") thick FR composite panel, the 3mm (1/8") thick formed and finished aluminium sunshades, soffit panels and coping panels.
Crated and sequentially shipped by floor level direct to our client’s facility in North America.
